by Anthony Giordano. Anthony, a.k.a “Italian Goes Keto” was obese
and pushing 200 pounds 2 years ago. He decided to turn things
around when his wife was expecting and realized he needed to make
changes to his health in order to live longer for his family.
Anthony did what most Italians wouldn’t do, he gave up carbs –
pasta, pizza, and bread! He lost 50 pounds with the low-carb
ketogenic diet.
Anthony continues to optimize
his health and coach others who are struggling with obesity
and Type 2 Diabetes. He is passionate about educating others on
metabolism and sharing his journey on where he is today. By
focusing on lifestyle change and family, Anthony has found that
food adapts to you instead of the other way
around.
